Pink Frog Capital — Group Overview

a permanent home for East Africa's essential businesses.

Pink Frog Capital owns and grows operating companies across agriculture, manufacturing, financial services, workforce development, and trade — businesses that keep East Africa fed, built, financed, employed, and moving. We buy well, hold indefinitely, and let good managers run their companies.

02 — Foreword

Foreword by CEO

Africa: the next frontier.

Amir Yusuf, Chief Executive Officer

Africa is entering a defining period of economic transformation. A changing global economy, the diversification of supply chains, and growing demand for food, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure are creating opportunities that extend far beyond the continent's traditional resource base.

We believe Africa is moving from being viewed as a market of potential to becoming an increasingly important part of the global economy. Its natural resources, young population, and expanding consumer markets provide a powerful foundation for long-term growth.

The opportunity, however, is not without challenges. Fragmented markets, infrastructure gaps, regulatory complexity, and capital constraints require patience, discipline, and a deep understanding of local markets.

Our approach is therefore focused on long-term value creation over short-term opportunity — investing in and building businesses that strengthen Africa's supply chains, create productive capacity, and connect the continent to global markets.

We believe Africa is the next frontier. Our ambition is to help build the businesses that define it.

03 — Philosophy

How we own businesses.

Pink Frog Capital is a long-term owner, not a trader of businesses. Every company we hold keeps its own name, its own management, and its own customers. What changes is who sits behind it: a disciplined allocator of capital with a multi-decade view.

01

Permanent capital, patient ownership

We do not set exit timelines for the businesses we own. Capital is allocated to whichever division can compound it best this year — and reallocated as that changes.

02

Decentralized operations, centralized discipline

Operating companies keep their own leadership and brand. The center's job is governance, capital allocation, treasury, and standards — not day-to-day management.

03

Sectors that compound with the region

Food and agriculture, manufacturing, financial services, workforce development, trade, and now healthcare are the infrastructure of a growing East African economy. We back the categories, not the cycle.

04

Built to be invested in

Clean structure, real governance, and audited numbers — at the group level and within each division — so capital can come in at whichever level makes sense: the group, a division, or a single company.

Structure

How the group is organized.

Pink Frog Capital Ltd sits at the top as the holding company. It owns shares, allocates capital, and sets governance — it does not trade or manufacture anything itself. Below it, operating companies are grouped into five divisions, each capable of holding further subsidiaries as the group grows.

04 — Portfolio

The divisions.

Every company Pink Frog Capital owns, organized by what it does rather than when it joined the group.
